Commercial Development Projects (part of the Marshall Group of Companies), partnering with The Fitzwilliam Trust Corporation, would like your feedback on proposals for new homes and public open space on land off Highfield Road, Peasey Hills, Malton.

Consultation on this site was also undertaken in 2016, which generated a lot of feedback and has informed these latest plans. We would like your thoughts on the plans again. These new plans have been scaled back from the original proposals and now include more open space and less housing. The masterplan includes over 50% much needed affordable housing – through a combination of affordable rental homes and shared ownership properties, that will help local people live in good quality homes that are affordable, meeting the housing needs of the town and area.
